New chairman and two new directors due to be appointed.

Mr Liam McGreal, appointed in 1997. He is managing director of Kepak group.

Ms Pam Kearney, appointed in 1997. She is a tax partner with accountants O'Hare & Associates.

Mr Michael Glennon, appointed in 1998. He is managing director of Glennon Brothers Timber in Longford.

Mr Henry Haughton, appointed in 1997. He is a worker director and works as a maintenance fitter at CIE.

Mr John Prior, appointed in 1998. He is a worker director and works at Coillte.
