An Bord Glas' £100,000 (€126,970) advertising account is going through a tendering process with Peter Owens, Bates Ireland, Doherty Advertising, DDFH&B and Arks pitching for the business.
The original tender was for a mix media account but An Bord Glas has now decided that whatever agency wins will have to concentrate exclusively on radio. Its own research into its most recent campaign - a pre-Christmas burst for mushrooms - showed radio was more effective in reaching its target market.
