28% cut in airport charges sought

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has proposed a 28 per cent cut in the caps on terminal service charges at Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports next year.

It also proposes that the price cap fall by a further 5 per cent per annum in real terms, taking the total proposed reduction over the four years to 39 per cent.
