In his less than successful spell at Leeds, Tomas Brolin was regularly asked about his weight problem. As far as one can remember his response to the questions used to go something like this: "I em nut a pooddeeng, joost vell booeelt. Um de hur de hur de hur." Thanks to The Dialectizer website we now know what Tomas was saying, using their Swedish Chef translator: "I am not a pudding, just well built. Um de hur de hur de hur." That clears that up then.
Type in any text and this service will translate it for you in to Swedish Chef, Redneck, Jive, Cockney, Elmer Fudd, Moron and Pig Latin. Very useful it is too for football fans. Give them Harry Redknapp's views last week on the temperamental Paolo Di Canio and this is what The Dialectizer gives us, in 'arry's own cockney tongue: "We 'ad a meetin' wiv the chuffin' Footie Association this week and there's no problems wiv 'im. Paolo's a smashin' lad. Cor blimey guv, would I lie to you?" Indeed.
