Automatic promotion: Barring miracles, Manchester City will be up if they do not lose. Ipswich will be up if they win and City lose.

Play-offs: Birmingham qualify if they do not lose; Huddersfield qualify if they win. Bolton will be up if they win and Huddersfield fail to win. Wolves need to win and Huddersfield and Bolton to lose.

Relegation: Walsall go down if they lose or West Brom win. West Brom are down if they do not win and Walsall win. Crewe go down if they fail to win and Walsall and West Brom win.

Relegation: Shrewsbury are down if they fail to win. Chester go down if they fail to win, Shrewsbury win and Carlisle do not lose. Carlisle go down if they fail to win and Shrewsbury and Chester win. If Shrewsbury win, Chester could lose and stay up if Carlisle lose by two goals more than them.
