SCRUM half Alain Rolland, who had to withdraw from the Leinster team that defeated Ulster last Saturday, has regained his place for the match against Munster at Donnybrook next Saturday. Niall Hogan, who came on for Rolland against Ulster, is included amongst the replacements.

That is one of two changes on the Leinster team, with Neil Francis regaining his place in the second row at the expense of Greg Duffy. Francis had been ruled out of contention last week because of injury.

Duffy goes to the replacement panel instead of Brian Rigney and Hogan takes over on the bench from Barry Murphy. Yet again Mark McDermott is preferred as hooker to Ireland squad member Shane Byrne. Wing David Coleman and open side flanker Dean Oswald were both injured and had to be replaced during the match against Ulster, but medical reports indicate both will be fit.

Following a training session at Musgrave Park last night, the Munster selectors decided to defer finalising their side until tomorrow night because of injuries.
