The English Football Association announced that FIFA had deferred their report on the crowd violence during England's World Cup qualifier against Italy in Rome last month until December 2nd. FIFA, world football's governing body, have decided to wait until they meet in Marseille ahead of the draw for next summer's World Cup finals two days later.
