* Manchester United are now champions of England for a record-equalling 18th time, their 11th Premier League trophy. Liverpool won their 18th title in 1990.
* United are the first English club to win two league title hat-tricks, a feat they last achieved between 1999-2001.
* The other clubs to complete hat-tricks are Huddersfield Town (1924-26), Arsenal (1933-35) and Liverpool (1982-84).
* Winning the title at Old Trafford is a rare occurrence. Of the 11 won in the Premier League era (1992-present) only once before have United clinched it at home, against Tottenham in 1999.
* United’s Premier League dominance is staggering. In 17 seasons since the league began United have been champions 11 times, runners-up three times (1995, 1998, 2006) and have never finished lower than third (2002, 2004, 2005).
