Groan of the week

Fourteen-year-old Charlotte Morris of Bradford struck fear in to the hearts of dodgy strikers everywhere last week. Back in 1994 Charlotte was standing behind one of the goals at Wycombe Wanderers when visitors Huddersfield Town were warming up. While practising shots on goal (note: with not a defender in sight) one of them missed and broke Charlotte's arm in two places. Last week she won legal aid to fight her claims of negligence and recklessness against the club, all of which brings a new meaning to the phrase "a costly miss by the striker". Everton, be warned.
