Dr McKenna Cup/Donegal 0-8, Fermanagh 0-8: Donegal had to draw on all their resources to hold Fermanagh in an entertaining game at Fr Tierney Park, Ballyshannon. The home side led 0-5 to 0-4 at the break after playing with the strong breeze.
At half-time Rory Gallagher joined his cousin, Raymond, to complete the double comeback and the two almost earned Fermanagh the win. Rory was at the start of a move midway through the half which saw Raymond break clear and rattle the Donegal crossbar.
In the end the draw was probably a fair result. Brian Roper was making his 99th appearance for the home side.
