Four Key Changes

1. Place-kickers have one minute to kick at goal from the time they indicate to the referee their decision. If they fail to kick within the 60 seconds, the kick will be disallowed and a scrum awarded to the opposition.

2. There will be no lineouts within five metres of the goal line.

3. A player may not deliberately move or stand in front of a team-mate carrying the ball, or prevent an opponent from tackling the ball carrier.

4. A player may not charge into a ruck or maul without binding onto a team-mate.
