IRELAND A international Len Dinneen, who has just moved from Cork Constitution to Old Crescent, will captain the Munster team to meet Manchester at Cheadle Hulme this evening.

Dinneen, internationals John Fitzgerald and Terry Kingston, and A international Liam Toland represent the experienced element in the Munster pack. With the exception of Sean McCahill and John Lacey, the backline is made up of young, uncapped players.

With Munster due to play League One side Orrell on Saturday, the selectors have omitted many of the more experienced players at their disposal. No doubt they will return for that game.
