David Wachman yesterday happily reported "no dramas" about the 1,000 Guineas ante-post favourite Damson, and the Cashel trainer will be in early cross-sea action this afternoon as Indesatchel runs in Newbury's Lane's End Greenham Stakes.

The 2,000 Guineas trial has a field of nine, with Jamie Spencer again partnering Indesatchel, who was so impressive on his seasonal debut at the Curragh.

"He looks to have improved a good bit from that run and we're hopeful. The ground over there is on the slow side which is definitely a help," Wachman said.

The Cheltenham winner Another Rum is the Irish representative in the Scottish National at Ayr, but Ian Duncan's horse does race from over a stone out of the proper handicap.

The Wachman team will also be in pattern action at today's meeting in Navan where Faint Heart faces last year's Salsabil Stakes winner All Too Beautiful.

The latter's trainer, Aidan O'Brien, also runs Agenda, but the trainer most heavily committed to the Listed race is John Oxx who runs three, including the impressive Cork maiden winner Beautyandthebeast.

Michael Kinane takes the ride on her again, and it could be a good day for the jockey as he looks to have secured two good mounts for Michael Halford in the first couple of races.

Miss Sally's run behind Sweet Treat at Cork should put her right enough to account for Jaguar On The Run in the opener, while Cupids Ray could reverse Curragh form with Majestic Times in the sprint handicap.
