"Should clubs at home be worried that I'll come and raid their players? Definitely. And I will do, big time. I can pay the players a lot more than they can pay them.
"Come January I'll be free to speak to the lads on Bosmans so I'll spend three days in Dublin talking to them and doing up pre-contracts. I'll either sign their players or they'll go bankrupt trying to keep them."
Can you ever switch off?
"No problem, after about eight pints of Guinness. Someone asked me who got me through last season with Bohs and I said two people: Arthur Guinness and Johnny Walker."
