Kilternan and Black Bush experienced the highs and lows as the Ladies' Autumn Team matches came to a conclusion at the Island yesterday. Kilternan, appearing in two finals, won one and lost one. But for Black Bush, who were appearing in their third final in a week, there was again no joy.
Beaten by Malahide in the Townsend final last week, Black Bush were involved in another cliffhanger yesterday in the Second Team final against Greystones. However, Lily Malone and Pat Walters won the necessary points for the Wicklow club to secure the 3-2 win.
