All-Ireland League: Ballymena have one major doubt in centre Hugh Jones ahead of Saturday's AIB All-Ireland League Division One final against Clontarf at Lansdowne Road.

He suffered a sprained ankle against Lansdowne and the Ulster club will wait until later in the week before making a definitive decision on his participation.

If Jones fails to make it the likelihood is that Scott Young will move to outside centre, Matt Waterhouse to inside centre with former schools and under-21 international Andy Maxwell coming in on the wing.

Gary Longwell missed the semi-final through injury but he is back in training and could be included.

A likely reshuffle would see Longwell partner two-try hero from the Lansdowne game Mark Blair in the second row with Matt McCullough moving to blindside flanker.

Clontarf have a minor injury concern over second row Ben Gissing who has a sore thigh sustained in the win over Buccaneers.

They could also welcome back centre Conor Mahony, fit again following injury. Both clubs are likely to confirm teams tomorrow.
