Madam, – Now that the typing of letters from consultants in Tallaght hospital to Dublin GPs is being outsourced to the Far East (Home News, April 12th), might I respectfully suggest that the putting of the letters into envelopes be outsourced to the Far West (Venezuela, Mexico?), thereby completing a circumnavigation of the globe by letters whose destination is within miles of their origin? I hope I am being helpful to the HSE in its search for bright ideas. – Yours, etc,
