Sir, - May I ask a question which is probably in the minds of many people, as we hear of our booming economy, and the unexpected millions now available to the exchequer?
The question is: Has the Government any plan to offer some of these millions to the various voluntary agencies, now doing in depth work for the underprivileged? Such action seems specially desirable during this winter season, called by Ozanam "the torment of the poor Yours, etc.,
