Photographs and policy

Madam, - I agree with Minister for Arts John O'Donoghue that "photographs are no substitute for policy" (September 12th)

Madam, - I agree with Minister for Arts John O'Donoghue that "photographs are no substitute for policy" (September 12th). The most photographed person in the country seems to be the Taoiseach, Mr Bertie Ahern, yet most of the electorate seem to have little knowledge of the policies he advocates, apart from those of the PDs.

I also agree with Mr O'Donoghue that "no amount of bluster or briefings can challenge" the record of politicians. Could he outline for me in three short sentences his achievements as a Minister in the present Government? - Yours, etc,
