Sir - Having experienced the benefits of Operation Freeflow over the last number of months I think it is interesting to note the number of Ministerial limousines double-parked on yellow lines outside their offices. The old idea of example in high places by politicians seems to be a thing of the past - or did it ever happen, given recent revelations? Or do they just think they are above the law? - Yours, etc.,
