Sir, Telecom Eireann got it wrong again. The new 01 directory, divided as it is into "residential" and "business" sections, is NOT easier to use.
It now takes extra time to check boil sections while trying to reach a professional in the home office/ practice. Certainly Telecom, of all people, should realise that the age of small entrepreneurs working from small distributed offices (their homes) is here. A single alphabetical list is ideal when the line between home and office is blurred.
Try looking up FLATS, by the way. They are in the business section. - Yours, etc.,
