A chara, - Listening to the radio the other morning I learned that the gardai had placed signs at either end of Slane, Co Meath, stating that there would be no admittance to anyone not resident in the town during the weekend. It would appear that Raidio Eireann was not aware at which end the sign would be put. Meseemeth it would be a good idea for the gardai to put such information at both ends.
