Covid certs and employees

Sir, – The smoking ban was introduced as a health and safety issue for employees; what is different for a Covid vaccination?

Surely it is a health and safety issue if some employees are unvaccinated in that other employees are exposed to danger.

It is ludicrous that employers are prevented from ensuring the health of staff by preventing those employers from ensuring all staff are vaccinated before returning to office workplaces.
