Sir, - Following the announcement of the largest quarterly Exchequer surplus in the history of the State, I believe it would serve the Minister for Finance and his Cabinet colleagues well to reflect on the disgraceful row over financial aid to the Irish Haemophilia Society to facilitate that organisation's full participation in the upcoming tribunal.
