A chara, – I found it especially sad just following National Bike Week, to find that there isn’t any bicycle park at the 02. I tried to lock my bike to a pole, a discrete distance from the entrance, after cycling there to attend the Neil Young concert on Sunday night. However, I was told by security staff that my bike would be a risk in the event of an emergency.
They suggested I leave it around the corner in Sheriff Street! I eventually found an unofficial spot where I locked it to a piece of machinery.
Needless to say, the quays and surrounding areas were clogged with vehicular traffic before and after the gig. – Is mise,
