Madam, – Stuart Boyle (August 18th), in his explanation of what would be needed to decide on a suitable name for the capital’s wheel, omitted one very important detail. Surely no proper decision could be arrived at until an official delegation had visited at least three or four other countries with big wheels to examine at length their policies on the naming of such wheels? – Yours, etc,
