Sir, – The Irish Times has reported on the annual conferences of representative bodies of gardaí, teachers and nurses, usually with the respective senior Ministers in attendance.
Many attendees continue to highlight the accommodation crisis for their members.
Before next year’s conferences, it might be informative if the representative bodies were to ask their members, under 30 and working in Dublin, the following questions.
How many persons are you sharing accommodation with and what rent are you paying?
