The father of Mr Billy Wright starts a legal action in the Belfast High Court this morning which he hopes will result in the release of the police investigation file into the murder of the loyalist leader inside the Maze Prison just after Christmas 1997.
Mr David Wright's application to access the investigation file was refused.
