A woman and her two children escaped injury in a fire at their home in Wexford town yesterday.
The woman and her two sons, aged three and four, were at their home at The Grove estate at around 1.00am yesterday morning when a fire broke out in one of the bedrooms.
The four-year-old was rendered unconscious by the smoke, but his mother managed to bring him and his brother to safety.
The fire was brought under control by Wexford Fire services.
