Raimond van der Gouw may leave Manchester United in the summer to rekindle his career.
Van der Gouw, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has been restricted to just one substitute appearance this campaign after being demoted to United's third-choice goalkeeper.
Even though he will be 39 next month, the Dutchman, who has been at Old Trafford since 1996, still feels he can carry on for another couple of seasons.
However van der Gouw realises they may not be spent at United and admits it may soon be time to move on.
He said on MUTV: "I still feel that I can play one, two or three years at a high level.
"I don't know what's going to happen at the end of the season.
"I will try to play for as long as possible and if there's a club who wants me then I can talk to them.
"In the meantime I will try to keep myself as fit as possible."
