Dar Es Salaam - Talks to settle a dispute among rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo over who should sign a peace pact are to resume next week, Tanzania's Foreign Minister, Mr Jakaya Kikwete, said yesterday. The talks were postponed on Tuesday after four days of diplomacy and negotiations ended in failure.
