St. Patrick's Athletic will make a declaration later today on the claim that top scorer Charles Mbabazi Livingstone played the first five matches of this season while unregistered.
Eircom League Commissioner Roy Dooney had given the club until 10.30 a.m. today to explain themselves. He was informed the club have entrusted its solicitors with a letter that will be delivered to Dooney later today.
"I have spoken this morning to their solicitor who has assured me that he will provide me with the information requested later today." said Dooney. "A further statement will be issued on this subject in due course".
