Peruvian international Solano, along with Arsenal's Lithuanian Tomas Danilevicius will be the central figures in the latest revelations, according to a report in today's Daily Mirror.

Solano arrived at Newcastle Airport this morning to fly to France for tomorrow night's Intertoto Cup final clash with Troyes and claimed to know nothing about the claims and insisted that he had done nothing wrong.

"I know nothing about it," he said. "As far as I'm concerned, everything is in order."
