London - The broadcaster Anne Diamond last night welcomed a British government report rejecting the controversial theory that cot deaths are caused by a chemical found in babies' mattresses.Ms Diamond, whose four-month-old son Sebastian was found dead in his cot, said she felt "relieved" by the research findings.
