Clinton Morrison says he will not leave Crystal Palace if club manager Trevor Francis buys another striker.
The 22-year-old Republic of Ireland star believes Francis will buy another forward now that Ade Akinbiyi has been ruled out of action until November.
Morrison reassured Palace fans that he will not leave Selhurst Park, despite interest from Premiership clubs Charlton and Birmingham.
He said: "I think the manager is after another striker and that would give us good competition.

"It's a nice feeling to have clubs sniffing around me and obviously my ambition is to play in the Premiership. My agent has been talking to a few clubs, but I have two years left on my contract at Palace."
