Reports say the air raids on Afghanistan have killed the head of the Taliban's air force.
The Islamic Republic News Agency says Mr Akhtar Mohammad Mansour was killed during one of yesterday's raids.
The news agency says another high-ranking military official, Gen Umar Ataie, was also killed.
