The Portadown-based company, Ulster Carpet Mills, has been awarded a £1 million contract by the Cunard shipping company to refurbish the ocean liner, QE2, and two other cruise ships.
The company will carpet all public areas on the three luxury liners.
The Cunard contract is one of several international orders recently secured by Ulster Carpet Mills. These include the Hilton Hotels in Barcelona and Copenhagen and casinos in Las Vegas and Atlanta.
