An opinion poll in today's Sunday Business Post shows a large increase in Fianna Fáil's support at the expense of the opposition parties.
The lastest Sunday Business Post/Red C monthly tracking poll shows support for Fianna Fáil is up six points to 39 per cent since the end of September. Support for Fine Gael has fallen by two points to 23 per cent, while Labour has seen a decline of four points to 10 per cent.
Sinn Féin has gained two points, to stand at 10 per cent, while the Greens are up one to eight per cent. The Progressive Democrats are at three per cent, down one, while Independents are at eight, down one.
Fianna Fail is now at its highest level of support since the tracking poll began, and today's results come after the political turmoil caused by the revelations over the Taoiseach's financial dealings.
