Report on planning tribunal likely soon

An interim report from the Flood tribunal on planning in Dublin has to be presented to the Clerk of the Dail "one of these days", the Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, said. Asked by Mr Proinsias De Rossa if the issues of fees for barristers related to them seeking more money, or the Minister for Finance seeking to pay less, the Taoiseach replied: "You are asking me is it an issue of the legal profession looking for more money. The answer to that is yes."
