The parents of murdered Swiss schoolgirl Manuela Riedo are flying to Ireland next week to mark the fourth anniversary of her death.

Her father Hans Peter and mother Arlette Riedo will arrive in Dublin next Thursday and retrace their daughter’s last journey to Galway by train. They say returning to Galway helps them deal with their grief.

Following their emotional journey past the spot where Manuela’s body was discovered at Lough Atalia on October 8th, 2007, they will attend a special fundraising concert in her honour in Galway next Saturday week.
