An order to prevent a public dance being held at the Reserved Stand at Leopards town Racecourse, Co Dublin, tomorrow night is to be sought at the High Court today.

The order is being sought by a company which claims to have an agreement to promote and organise public dances in Club 92/Blinkers, located within 150 metres of the Reserved Stand.

Mr Justice Kelly adjourned until today the application which is being taken by Mr Denis Smith, Willow Park, Westminster Park, Foxrock, and Leopardstown Entertainment Centre Ltd.

The proceedings are against Leopardstown Club Ltd, Fitzers Catering Ltd and Adventure-Us Ltd.
