Some 100 Spirit of Drumcree Orangemen are reported to have occupied the Order's headquarters, the House of Orange, on the Dublin Road in Belfast at about 10 p.m. last night.
The rebel Organgemen are calling for greater accountability from the Orange Order and have said up to 1,000 more supporters will turn out to the Order headquarters today.
The leader of the Spirit Drumcree faction, Mr Joel Patton, recently had disciplinary action taken against him by the Order. However, he refused to recognise the Order's authority and his supporters made the proceedings ungovernable.
