The Northern Ireland Electricity has said it will discuss its performance during the Christmas storms with Assembly representatives and councillors.
The NIE has been strongly criticised over the way it handled the power cut which, at its height, left 50,000 homes without electricity.
Customers complained that in some cases it took hours to get through to NIE's helpline and that when they did there was only an automated answering service with out-of-date information.
