BUCHAREST - Romanian state television (TVR) yesterday announced a top level reshuffle, with eight senior news executives replaced by liberal television professionals in the biggest shake up since the 1989 fall of Nicolae Ceausescu. TVR said those replaced were sacked because of the lack of professionalism and credibility" of their programmes.
