Kathmandu - The ruling Nepali Congress has won enough seats to form a single-party government, raising hopes for political stability in a country which has seen six administrations since 1994, officials said yesterday. With 94 per cent of the results announced, Election Commission officials said the Nepali Congress had won 105 of the 205 lower house parliamentary seats. To form government a party requires at least 103 seats.
