Nairobi - Continuing conflicts across central Africa have produced more than 50,000 refugees in the last three weeks, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ms Sadako Ogata, said yesterday. She said that the exodus from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Congo had forced relief agencies to struggle to meet rising needs in the war-torn region.
