Bankrupt developer Thomas McFeely has been permitted another two weeks to prepare for his Supreme Court appeal against orders made against him in connection with works on his Priory Hall apartments.

Mr McFeely is appealing orders made last November in the High Court by Mr Justice Nicholas Kearns, directing his jailing for three months and fining him €1 million for failing to meet targets for the completion of fire safety works at the apartments in Donaghmede, Dublin.
