Tony McCoy broke his own record for the fastest 200 winners in a season when steering Native Man to victory at Huntingdon today.

McCoy reached the total over a month earlier than in the 1999-2000 season when the double century was achieved on February 18th.

The Ulsterman's ultimate aim is to break Sir Gordon Richards' record of 269 victories in a season.

The six-times British champion has had eight losers since reaching 199 with a double at Hereford on Tuesday.
