A man caught in a sting operation when garda∅ delivered a parcel with heroin valued at £142,000 to his house has been jailed for five years by Judge Elizabeth Dunne. Keith O'Neill (26), from Ramillies Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of heroin on November 12th, 1999.
