A Co Antrim man who claimed his home was attacked by arsonists and threats made against him has been found hanged, it was revealed today.

Mr Sean Kyle, 36, spoke out publicly last month accusing arsonists of starting a fire which destroyed a shed at his Ballymena home killing a pet pot-bellied pig.

Earlier a bin had been pushed up against the back door of his house in Sunningdale Park and set alight.

The father of sons aged 10 and seven also said he had been warned by police that threats had been made against him in an anonymous telephone call to the Samaritans.
